Photos, second posting on Sunday

A nice oblique view of Bicester in 1935, with just two aircraft , probably Horsleys, parked in front of the hanger on the right. The railway spur line is evident on the left of the picture, while the main road runs from one side to the other.

The Finns came to fly the Blenheims home in 1940. Read more about it,  the Finnish story starts in the middle on the left column, page 10.

The back cover, Bicester at 1945. The airfield used to be much bigger than it is today.
